Elections - 6 May 2021

Important elections for Suffolk County Council, and Suffolk Police & Crime Commissioner take place on Thurs 6 May 2021. Electoral Registration Officer Stephen Baker commented about Covid safety:

“you can expect many of the same measures you’ve become used to in the shops over recent months, such as hand sanitiser, floor markings and face coverings. However, should the guidelines change prior to the elections, we are prepared to take the necessary steps to meet these”

The ways to vote are

# In person at a polling station - If you are not already registered then do so now.

# By post - Register now If you wish to vote by post and are not already registered.

# By proxy - register now if you want to appoint someone you trust to vote on your behalf.
