Oxford ZEZ
Oxfordshire County Council has today (28 Feb 2022) introduces a zero emission zone in Oxford. It will act as a pilot scheme for England.
By next year 2023, they intend for the whole of Oxford city centre to be a zero emission zone. This will apply every day 7am - 7pm . All fossil fuelled vehicles will have to pay a charge. The zez area will be controlled by ANPR , and charges will be £2 to £10 depending on vehicle emissions.
